Njorkal is the language name for home. In the old days we had many humpies all over country on the route of our songlines and yearly migrations. My etching shows a humpy built for a wet season when the rain comes often and falls heavily. We use paperbark for the walls, ceiling and floor. It makes a warm scented bed.
