Sea Turtles are an important totem for our people. They crawl up from the sea not our beaches and dig a nest and lay their eggs. They eat Jellyfish which is also an important totem for our people. During the end of the wet Jellyfish invade all our waters. They are here in countless numbers. When they are here we do not catch any other fish. Most Jellyfish are harmless. Some can be very dangerous and make for a terrible sting. |
