| Our old people would carry everything they needed in a Dilly Bag. When they went digging for yams they would take their digging sticks and fire sticks with them. Yams are an important traditional food. They would be dug out of the ground by hand or with a digging stick. My old people would use the seeds from the Yuk Puukaw vine to decorate their fire sticks. |
