There were many young people throwing boomerangs into the night sky. They kept throwing them, but no one could get their boomerang to stick in the sky. An old, crippled man lived in the community. He came along as they were throwing. People thought he would be unable to throw as well as them. The young people asked him to try. He threw his boomerang and it came back and he caught it. He threw it a second time and it came back and he caught it again. The third time he threw his boomerang it got stuck in the sky and turned into the moon. |
